Desktop Support Engineer
Position Closed PAN India Full-time 1-2 years Based on Performance
Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Provide desktop and laptop support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Resolve operating system and application issues.
- Support printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and equipment.
- Assist users with technical problems and service requests.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of Desktop Support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide end-user technical support.
- Relevant Diploma, Degree, or IT qualification preferred.
