1. Registration and Payment

To enroll in the CCNA & CCNP Networking Master Program, JNCIA or Paloalto (NGFW) you must pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹500. 50% discount on CCNA course only for Fee reimbursement candidates, Applicable only for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.

2. Refund of Fee

3. Access to Course Content

• Only registered candidates will have access to the course material, including video recordings and written content.
• Course materials are strictly for personal use and must not be shared, distributed, or sold.
• You will have access to the course materials for the duration of the course and can use the recorded sessions to cover any missed classes.

4. Availability and Support

We are available for technical and course-related queries between 9 AM and 9 PM IST. During these hours, we will assist you with any issues regarding technical content, website access, or course materials.

For queries regarding the course content, clarification will be provided during the live sessions.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all students to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the course and while interacting with instructors or other students.

Any violation of this policy may result in the termination of your access to the course without a refund.

6. Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, meeting all the course requirements, you will receive a course completion certificate.

The certificate does not guarantee job placement or employment.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content provided by Ramesh Tech Library is proprietary and protected by copyright laws.

You are not permitted to use, distribute, or reproduce any course material without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ramesh Tech Library is not responsible for any interruptions in service or technical difficulties that may prevent you from accessing the course materials.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course.

9. Modification of Terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.
