Network Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Network Support Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to ensure seamless internet connectivity and network performance for hotel guests and staff. Freshers with basic networking knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply
What You'll Do
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot wired and wireless network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.
- Ensure maximum network uptime and performance.
- Provide technical support to hotel guests for internet and connectivity-related concerns.
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain records of network incidents and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in routine network maintenance and upgrades.
What We're Looking For
- Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
