Network Support Engineer

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot wired and wireless network devices. Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues. Ensure maximum network uptime and performance. Provide technical support to hotel guests for internet and connectivity-related concerns. Escalate critical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. Maintain records of network incidents and troubleshooting activities. Assist with routine network maintenance and upgrades.
